Meet up at hotel lobby (in Bangkok area)

We arrive at Kanchanaburi and start our visit at JEATH War Museum to see the wartime relics of allied Prisoners of War (POW). Then, you will ride the Death Railway* (Thailand-Burma Railway) to Tham Krasae, where you can cross the Bridge on the River Kwai and view the scenic landscape of surrounding trees and mountains. After, we will enjoy a local lunch together.
*Sometimes your Local Expert might not accompany you on the train ride but they will pick you up at Tham Krasae.

We will head to the Thailand-Burma Railway Centre - an interactive museum about the history of the Death Railway. Finally, your Local Expert will bring you to the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, the resting place of around 6,892 Australian, British and Dutch POWs who lost their lives during the war.
