Our first stop is a pioneer of Poblacion Cuisine: El Chupacabra! This Tex-Mex Icon first opened its doors in the 1990s and has since made its mark as one of the best fusion restaurants in Manila. Specializing in Mexican food with a Filipino Twist, we’ll get to try some of their Street Tacos and Sisig Dishes as a foundation for the whole day’s experience!

Our next stop is a Filipino Tavern that redefined our local cuisine! Lobo, meaning Wolf in Filipino, is a local gastropub that specializes in Filipino food. Try out classic Kare-kare and Dinuguan, home-cooked favorites which are the best the Philippines’ has to offer!

For our main course, we’ll go for a short walk to a local vegan restaurant that offers a home away from home to expatriates looking for some mediterranean and middle eastern style dishes! Elijah’s Hummus has been serving Pita, Hummus, and Falafel to the Poblacion Community for over 15 years and we’ll try out some of their signature dishes!

We have two dessert offerings for your Poblacion Experience! The first is a 10 minute walk from our lunch spot and is a local favorite for its iconic shakes and drinks! Gab’s Good Grub is an iconic Poblacion location just behind the Plaza! Get to try their famous Milo shakes to cool off some of the midday heat!
Finally, we’ll make our way to a Poblacion Classic: Commune PH! This innovative coffeehouse and co-working space has been in the forefront of the local coffee industry in Manila. Specializing in well crafted coffee concoctions, we’ll get to try the best they have to offer!
