Joy is a super caring person. She is kind, friendly, polite and very responsible and responsive person. My son was ill during the trip, Joy is instantly offer a help and she do anything to make me me less worried about my son’s condition. The day when we are about leaving to Chiang Mai by train, she is taking extra miles to talk to the nurses in the hospital making sure the process is fast and efficient, and…yes!! We get doctor’s treatment and medication on time. Just a perfect time gap before the departure. She was with us till the gate of departure and we had a sweet farewell. Thank you so much Joy for your guidance throughout the whole trip. We can’t thank you enough.

As for the person that has been communicated with me through the WA, I don’t think you escalate the information to her. We were arrived at the wrong hotel in Kanchanaburi instead.

We had a got time especially with Ms Ing professional, friendly n caring service. She managed to cover all listed in the itinerary n her briefing + explanation were easy to understand n we are able to understand the history of Hatyai very well. This trip is indeed enjoyable n bringing home lots of wonderful memories.
