Meet up at hotel lobby (in Ubon Ratchathani area)
09:15
Arrive at Wat Sirindhorn Wanaram or Wat Phu Prao, a beautiful temple on the hill overlooking the view of Sirindhorn Dam.
09:45
Leave the temple for the village of wooden furniture makers.
10:30
Arrive at the village. The villagers make and sell furniture made from underwater logs from the dam.
11:00
Leave the village and visit a small temple under the cliff on the way to our restaurant.
12:00
Enjoy delicious lunch on the LocalTable at a riverside restaurant. See for yourself how Asian Redtail Catfish can be transformed into many dishes.
13:00
Go to Pha Taem National Park, one of the most important national parks in Thailand with the Mushroom Rock and prehistoric paintings on the cliff.
15:00
Leave the national park and visit Ban Tha Long where the Bru minority group lives. They are fishermen and still live their traditional way of life like their ancestors did.

Leave the village and go back to your hotel.

Arrive at your hotel.

What a trip. My wife and I booked the day before and got a swift reply and confirmation. The trip was spectacular. Pum had things planned but was flexible about what order and what we saw. The Great Rock Reef, Boat Ride Along the Two-Colored River and Isan Hot Pot

An amazing trip! So full of local knowledge and local produce too. Noon was fun and informative. Lunch and dinner were delicious with local specialties. The boat trip at the confluence of the Moon and Mekong was a real highlight for me. Would not hesitate to recommend this trip and tour guide!!
