Bangkok Chinatown has been the biggest trading district in Thailand more than 200 years. It is the place where you can see local lives during business hours, supply chain & Chinese influences through the foods & architectures in the hidden alleys.
Meet up at MRT Station Wat Mangkon Exit 3
Heading to Charoen Chai district, the joss paper area and we will visit :
Baan Koa Roa Rueng, an old house and now become a museum.
Visit a joss paper shop and try local snacks here.
Visit Wat Traimit, One of the biggest golden Buddha temple in Thailand!
After that we will walk to Chinatown gateway called "Odeon circle"
Visit a beautiful Chinese shrine called "Kuan Yim Shrine" and we will make a wish to the Chinese god for good luck!
We will walk along Yaowarat road to Chinatown street food market and see how vendors set up their store! Yes! We will have local dinner here!
We will walk back to the meeting point.
