Ticket Conditions
- This service is valid only on the date of the flight as stated. - This service is free of charge for those under 2 years old. - During the booking process, please provide us flight details and the names of each passenger.
Additional Informations
- You will need to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight. - If you miss your flight, you will need to book a new flight ticket, and we will count it as a "no show". Afterwards, you will need to re-book our fast-track departure service.
Cancellation Policy
- Should your flight be cancelled by the airline, feel free to notify us and provide us the evidence of the cancellation. - The cancellation is free of charge if your flight is cancelled only by the airline. - In case of a missed flight, you will be unable to ask for a refund.
