Bangkok Luggage Delivery (Airport to Hotel)

Let us help you with our luggage delivery service from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang Airport (DMK) to any Bangkok area hotels. You may walk freely to any local attraction, shopping mall, or restaurant, or you can even carry just your laptop for an important meeting before your flight. Don't worry your luggages will not be lost! We offer up to 100,000 THB insurance on your belongings.
How it works
1. Make a booking at least 2 hours before your luggage drop-off time 2. Drop off your luggage at the airport 3. Pick up your luggage at your hotel’s reception within 24 hours after your drop-off time
Normal Delivery
• If you drop off your luggage before 2 p.m., you can pick it up from 6 p.m. onwards • If you drop after 2 pm., you can choose express delivery instead
Express Delivery
• Fastest delivery time of only 4 hours • If you drop off your luggage between 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., you can pick it up 4 hours after your drop off-time • If you drop after 7 pm., your luggage will be delivered 8 am the next day and available to pick up after 11 am onwards
Additional Information
• The confirmation email will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed • Present the confirmation email and your passport to the staff at the Airportel counter at the airport • Your luggage will be arrived to your hotel reception within 24 hours after your drop-off time • If you collect the luggage at the hotel reception later than 24 hours after the drop-off time, you need to contact directly to your hotel
