The driver was very kind and helpful. He helps us on lifting the luggages to the van and manage it. The van was very clean and comfortable. He drove the van not that fast, so I felt very safe.
For the booking process, it was very easy and to make a booking. The support team also very helpful, they informed me about the driver details around 1 day before I arrive. So I can contact the driver once I arrived.
