I had the best time with Tui! First she took me to 2 different local floating markets, a small one and a big one, where I could try different sweets and buy souvenirs for a really good price. Then we went to her home where we together made a delicious lunch of pat krapaw, followed by tasty Thai desserts. Then she taught me to do vegetable carving. As a first timer I wasn’t very good, but Tui was very patient and explained and showed me again how to do it. Thank you so much!

Great experience off the normal tourist activities

Food carving was a really good experience. As our daughter was too young to work with the carving knife, she got a lovely alternative carving programme which was perfect in parallel.

Also, it was undertaken in her family's house and we had a very warm welcome. So great occasion to see a bit of Bangkok life off the tourist tracks.

Floating market was very good as well. The markets are all a bit touristy but this one had still many local visitors (maybe we were lucky as we went on a bank holiday) which we enjoyed more.

Organisation went very smoothly and pick-up at meeting point was easy.
