Have you ever wanted to experience the REAL Thai food and the local lifestyle? Come with me and I'll show you! We'll go to 2 floating markets to try the best local Thai food and also take a long-tailed boat where you can soak in the local atmosphere. Cool, right? Best of all, we'll go hunting for classic Thai desserts which only a few Thais know!

Itinerary

09:30

We arrive at Khlong Lat Mayom Floating Market. We can take time to look around the canal community to see local life and food market. Let's find out the variety of foods, especially the delicious Thai desserts! Here, I will let you sample desserts ranging from Crispy Thai-style Pancakes, Pandan Noodles with Palm Sugar and Coconut Milk, and Thai Jelly with Coconut Toppings. These are just only a few that I'll let you try because there are many more that not even a typical Thai person will recognize!

13:00

Next, we'll take a boat ride to nearby Taling Chan Floating Market through the network of canals. This is your best opportunity to see how the locals go out and about without having to use land transport. FEED FISH. We'll also visit a local temple where all locals come and make merit. Being a Buddhist, temples are very important to local communities as it signifies their faith in Buddha.

16:00

This when our trip ends. I will return you to our meeting point safe and sound hopeful with a smile on your face :)

Why this trip?

As I have been boating along these canals for a long time, I know where all the locals hang out. I also know every corner inside out, including the best spots to grab Thai food and desserts. Not many tourists have experienced the sights, smells, and food around here. This is why I want everyone to come and experience the local canal lifestyle!
